Returns

Any product noticed as “Received in Physically Damaged Condition,Damage upon Delivery” or “Missing Accessories/Items in Box” has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Serial Number/IMEI of the product being returned should match our system

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or by store wink coupons

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

The fee charged may vary according to the item’s condition, the state of the item’s packaging and the item value

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping, payment gateway and insurance charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

No C.O.D. freight will be accepted

We recommend you use a trackable shipping method . We are not responsible for packages lost in transit on the way back to us.

Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:

Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable : such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.
