*WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF THE AC IS SERVICED / REPAIRED BY ANY UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE PERSONNEL

INSTALLATION:-

 Standard  Split AC Installation INCLUDES

• Indoor Unit mounting 
• Drilling on normal brick wall
• Copper Pipe & Electrical wiring between Indoor to Outdoor unit (as supplied in box) 
• Outdoor installation
  

 Standard  Split AC Installation EXCLUDES

• Mitsubishi AC’s are not supplied with FREE piping kit, same will be charged as per actuals. 
• In case customer is upgrading the AC from split to an Inverter, then he might have to replace existing piping. If the piping is concealed, then all Civil/Masonry/Carpentry work for replacing the concealed piping will have to be arranged by the customer
• Grill cutting for Outdoor unit mounting

EXTRA Charges (Subject to Site Requirements)

• Site visit charges (will be adjusted in installation charges ) Rs 250~350/- 
• Out-door Unit wall / floor bracket/ fabricated stand Rs 850~6000/- (if applicable)
  
• Old Split AC removal Rs 500~750/-
• Additional Copper pipe / Drain pipe / Wire will be charged on actual
  
• Nitrogen testing is mandatory to reuse old installed piping charges Rs 750~1100/- per unit 
• RCC Wall drilling & Core cutting per hole Rs 1000~2000/- (depending upon the size of the wall)

• Demo & Mounting Window AC  (if the given frame size is ready)
  

 Standard  Window AC Installation EXCLUDES

• Grill cutting 
  
• Electrical work like MCB installation, Cabling, Casing from meter to AC
• Carpentry work to cover Window AC frame.
• AC Frame work
• Carpentry,Masonry , trenching & holes to be provided by party at site.
• Old Window removal Rs 300/-
